This Privacy Policy explains how Tour Mage (Tour Mage o.d., ID number 4303214210000), Skendera Kulenovića 36, 71320 Vogošća, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, collects and uses personal data when you visit tourmage.ba, send us an enquiry or book a tour with us. We process personal data in line with the data protection laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

• Enquiry and booking forms: your name, email address, number of travellers, travel date, room type and the details you write in your message.
• Bookings: names of all travellers, contact details, hotel or pickup address, and, where needed for the tour, passport details, dates of birth, dietary needs or health information you choose to share with us.
• Communication: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or social media.
• Reviews: the name and text you submit when you leave a review on our website.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

• to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer;
• to book and deliver your tour, including sharing necessary details with hotels, drivers and local guides;
• to meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records;
• to send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• to improve our website and services.

We process your data because it is necessary to respond to your request or perform our contract with you, because we are legally required to, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because you have given your consent (for example for the newsletter).

4. Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only when needed with:

• hotels, transport providers and local guides who deliver parts of your tour;
• booking platforms you booked through (such as TourRadar, Viator or GetYourGuide);
• service providers who help us run our website and business, such as our web hosting provider Global.ba, email and newsletter services (Mailchimp) and payment providers;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may be located outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or the EU. In that case we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for your data.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years, booking and accounting data for as long as the law requires, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example for forms, security and remembering your settings) and cookies that help us understand how the website is used. Embedded content such as Google Maps may also set cookies from those providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may then not work properly.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or the authority in your EU country.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
