Excellent & memorable tour! Elvis was extremely helpful in planning our 2 week customized tour to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Elvis responded promptly to all my questions at any time of day which I think is quite impressive. We had Adnan as our driver and tour coordinator. Adnan is very safe and patient. We visited several UNESCO World Heritage Sites and had local tour guides. It was very educational as we are interested in history, culture and arts. Every place we visited was special and left an indelible mark in our memory. Thank you Tour Mage!

We just completed the 7 day tour of 5 countries with Tour Mage, and we were very happy with the trip. It was challenging trying to find a tour company that would do a private tour of the Balkans, but I found Tour Mage online (via Tour Radar) and as soon as I started texting with Elvis, the owner, I felt great about the tour. He was incredibly responsive every time I reached out to him during the planning stages - even in the middle of the night Bosnia time (I am in the U.S.), and very positive. The actual tour went off without any issues. We were picked up at the aiport on time, taken the the hotels he had booked, and visited all of the sites. I fell in love with Bosnia-Herzogina and Northern Macedonia, though all 5 of the countries were nice. We had an incredible driver - Edis - who was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. In each new country, we had a city tour and learned so much about the Balkans. We grew to love the different cultures, food, music, wine, history, and beautiful scenery. The only downsides were the very hot weather (perhaps we should have selected May or September instead of July) and bad traffic at times. Everyday was in the 90's and sometimes 100+ degrees F. However, the car was air-conditioned and so were the hotels. Due to bad traffic, we didn't have as much downtime as we expected, but still greatly enjoyed the trip. Highlights were Sarajevo, Mostar, Dubrovnik, Lake Orhic, Skopje, and the two wineries we visited. We would definitely recommend Tour Mage without reservation. A very talented team of tourism specialists!

Perfect! That is how I can best describe dealing with Elvis and Tour Mage. I was looking for a tour operator that could deliver a highly customized 10-day tour of the Balkans (Slovenia, Croatia as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina). After extensive research I settled on Tour Mage. Following initial discussion, Elvis provided a comprehensive proposal and once we agreed he delivered on every aspect of the proposal and MORE! It is understandable to be a little nervous when you pay a large sum of money upfront to someone you are unfamiliar with for a multi-day tour including costs for hotels, transportation, guides, and other expenses. There is no concern with Tour Mage, this is an exceptional company to deal with. We are seasoned travelers, and I can say this is the best we have ever been looked after. The individualized tours, the selection and overall quality of hotels as well as the itinerary were all excellent. For us, it was our guide Zulfo that made this journey truly special. He was with us every step of the way and managed every detail. He was far more than an excellent driver and an extremely conscientious personal assistant, he is an exceptional person and became like family. It was not easy saying good-bye. We will never forget this exceptional experience.

It' been a nice trip. It was well organised from start to end. The transport was comfortable and the hotels were good, matching the 4 stars expectations. The guide for the whole trip, who was also the driver, was nice and friendly, willing to accomodate our requests. We also had local guides for the visits to the historical towns such as Dubrovnik, Split and Kotor. We've had the best guided tours in Croatia. Spending a some more time in Croatia would not have been bad. Natural scenes and views were gorgeous. Overall very good.

Had an enjoyable time on this tour. Elvis was professional, active in communications and was out guide during our time in Sarajevo, where he was able to introduce us to the most interesting spots of history. Amer our drive for the whole trip was a reliable, experience, flexible and fun person to be with for the entire trip. Overall, the experience was great and wonderful, with visits to historical cities and locations of significance. In the same journey, we saw one of the most beautiful sceneries. Particularly memorable was the stay just next to a waterfall, fantastic!
