About Tour Package
Our 9-day Western Balkans tour is the classic route through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. It starts in Zagreb and ends in Dubrovnik, travelling south from the green north to the Adriatic coast, with easy daily drives and photo stops along the way.
After a walking tour of Zagreb you visit Plitvice Lakes National Park and cross into Bosnia, passing through Bihać, Jajce and Travnik to Sarajevo, where you explore the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian heritage on our Sarajevo Grand Tour. Then you continue to Mostar and the Old Bridge, to Split on the Dalmatian coast, to Dubrovnik and finally to Budva and Kotor in Montenegro.
Transport with an English-speaking driver, local tour guides in the cities, accommodation in 4-star hotels with breakfast and all entrance fees on the itinerary are included. This tour can also be run as a private Western Balkans tour.

Elvis was professional, active in communications and was out guide during our time in Sarajevo, where he was able to introduce us to the most interesting spots of history. Amer our drive for the whole trip was a reliable, experience, flexible and fun person to be with for the entire trip. Overall, the experience was great and wonderful, with visits to historical cities and locations of significance. In the same journey, we saw one of the most beautiful sceneries. Particularly memorable was the stay just next to a waterfall, fantastic!

January 8, 2026We saw so many places and important sites. Learned a lot from our guides about the culture, complex history of the area, and about the Bosnia War. Very good value. We really appreciated our guide taking care of the little expenses along the way, and including lunches and entrance fees.

October 12, 2023Perfect Personalised Balkan Tour Tripadvisor review: 9-Day Western Balkans Tour – Croatia, Bosnia & Montenegro Did a personalised 10 days tour through - Bosnia and Herzegovina (Konjic, Mostar,Travnik,Jajce, Bijambare Cave, Lukomir Village), - Croatia (Dubrovnik, Split) and - Montenegro (Budva, Kotor). We were travelling with elderly parents, so my sister and I wanted a personalised tour as we needed time to explore at our own pace. Elvis had been awesome when coordinating with us prior to our arrival in Sarajevo. He was also very welcoming and even checked on us every now and then, even though he was not our guide. Our driver, Derviš was very accommodating and listened to our needs. Being a Muslim, we appreciate that we could stop for prayers and halal lunches. Derviš also went the extra mile of ensuring my parents were well taken care of and we could stop along the way to take pictures of the beautiful sceneries. Our driver to Lukomir Village was Edis. This young man was very passionate about his country and even got us acquainted with the locals. We enjoyed cooking Bosnian pie and preparing Bosnian Coffee at Lukomir Village. Elvis was very helpful and kind, assisting our trip based on our preferences to fit in within our budget :p The hotels selection was the best! Not to forget the foods! We requested halal foods since we are Muslims. The tour guide for every cities was very informative and attentive. Not to forget Amer! May 3, 2018Fantastic tour and great tour company Tripadvisor review: 9-Day Western Balkans Tour – Croatia, Bosnia & Montenegro We arranged to travel to Montenegro ,Croatia and Bosnia with Tour Mage company. Since we contacted them,they were very organized and provided us a friendly guide. On our 5 day trip, we visited Budva, Kotor,Dubrovnik ,Mostar and Sarajevo and we enjoyed all of them but highlight of this trip was Mostar. All the hotels were carefully chosen for us and in good locations.
